I thought air fryer pork chops would be dry and sad, but my neighbor proved me wrong
For months, I refused to try them because every time I baked pork chops they turned out like shoe leather. Then my neighbor, Karen, brought over a couple she made in her air fryer. They were juicy, with a nice crust, and she said she just did them at 400 degrees for 12 minutes, flipping once. I tried her method with some bone-in chops last week and they were perfect. What other 'dry' foods have you guys had a win with in the air fryer?

Ever try reheating leftover french fries? Total game changer. Microwave makes them soggy and sad. Toss them in the air fryer for a few minutes. They come out crispy again, like they're fresh from the drive-thru. Works on pizza slices too, gets the crust crunchy.

The oven broiler works for fries too, just watch them close.

Saw my buddy try the broiler trick last week. He got distracted by his phone for like a minute. Came back to a tray of blackened shoestring fries and a smoky kitchen. The fire alarm was not happy. He sticks to the air fryer for reheat duty now, way less drama.
