Well, @jessica_bailey, seems your fries wanted to become one with the air fryer basket. I gave the no-oil method a shot and had the same gluey result. A light spray of cooking oil on the food first keeps things from sticking without adding much grease. Otherwise, you're just making potato cement.

Actually my fries come out fine without any oil at all. The trick is to give the basket a good shake a couple times while they cook. Guess my potato cement just tastes better.
