Can we talk about corrosion in wing spars? I found some that was easy to miss during a standard look-over.

Easy to miss during a standard look-over? Not really. A good inspector knows where to check, like under sealant or at stress points. That white powdery stuff stands out if you know what you're looking for. Most corrosion is surface level and caught before it gets bad.

In my line of work, regular checks catch corrosion early. Discoloration or soft spots give it away if you're looking in the right places. Fixing it then is much easier than dealing with major repairs later.

Sounds like you two are having a real party over there. Honestly, reading this feels like I walked into a very serious meeting about paint drying. Tbh, just slap some duct tape on it and call it a day.
