That one time a regional jet in Fargo gave me a week from hell

Got a call last Tuesday for a pressurization issue on a CRJ200, figured it was a simple outflow valve check. Spent the next four days chasing a leak we finally found in a tiny bleed air duct behind the aft lav. The real kicker was needing to remove nearly 30 interior panels just to get a wrench on the single clamp, all in a hangar that was 40 degrees. Ever have a job where the fix itself took an hour, but the access took three days?

Man, those access panels are the REAL job sometimes.

Modern life in a nutshell, honestly.

Feel that. Reminds me of trying to replace a single bad cable behind a server rack. Took longer to move everything out of the way than to actually swap it. smith.ray is right, it's always the access.
