DAE know that a CRT degausses itself every time you turn it on?
Found a 1988 Zenith schematic at a garage sale in Akron and the coil circuit finally made sense to me. That little thunk when you hit power is the shadow mask getting wiped clean, which is why moving a set always messes with the colors for a day. How long do you all wait before you trust the picture after hauling one home?
