I keep a gallon bag in the freezer for veggie scraps until I have enough to run my little countertop bin. My neighbor saw it when he came by to grab a package and made that comment. I told him frozen scraps don't rot, they just wait. He looked at me like I was nuts. So here's my question: how long is too long to keep a bag going before it's weird? I'm at about 3 weeks right now.
