Question about a weird fridge noise that turned out to be a simple fix

After chasing a high-pitched hum in a customer's Whirlpool for 45 minutes last Tuesday, I finally realized the sound was just the ice maker's fill tube vibrating against the back wall, which I fixed with a single zip tie.

Wish all fixes were that easy. Honestly, finding a noise in 45 minutes is pretty fast in my book. Sometimes those weird sounds can take half a day just to track down, let alone fix. It's never just one zip tie when I'm looking at it.
