Hot take: the $480 HOA letter about my mailbox post in Alpharetta taught me more than the actual fix
Got the violation notice 3 weeks ago because my post was 4 inches shy of the 48 inch minimum, and while I was out there with a tape measure at 7am on a Saturday it hit me that I have lived here 6 years and never once read the full covenant packet they handed me at closing, so now I am wondering how many other rules I am breaking without knowing it.

Tbh just pull the full covenant packet and search for keywords like fence, paint, and parking.
