Just realized our HOA dues in Marietta went up $40 a month since last spring
Got the new budget mailer last Tuesday and the pool resurfacing plus new fence ate most of it. Anyone else in a Cobb County neighborhood seeing this jump, or is it just the older ones like mine from '98?

Ours in Kennesaw jumped too, so we got on the board and pushed back on the fence.
