Paid $650 for an attic fan in Alpharetta and my AC bill dropped $70 the first month
Our upstairs in Alpharetta would hit 82 degrees by 4pm every day in July even with the thermostat set at 74, so I finally had a guy install a solar attic fan for about $650. First full month after it went in, our power bill came in $70 lower than the same month the year before and the upstairs actually stays near 76 now. Did I get lucky with timing on the weather or has anyone else seen that kind of drop from just an attic fan?
