Water heater started leaking at 6am in Alpharetta, plumber quoted me $1,850 to replace it
Woke up Sunday to water pooling in the garage and my 12 year old water heater finally gave out. Got two quotes, first guy said $1,850 installed which felt insane for a basic 50 gallon unit. Called a guy my neighbor recommended in Roswell and he did it for $1,100 same day, plus he showed me the old one had a cracked dip tube I never would've caught. Anyone else get wildly different quotes for the same job, or did I just get lucky with the second guy?
