Why does nobody talk about roofing warranties that only cover part of the damage?
I got a new roof in Marietta back in March and just found out the 25 year warranty only covers materials, not labor. The installers quoted $1,200 for a repair that the shingles themselves would've covered. Am I the only one who didn't catch that fine print, or is this just how roofing companies operate down here?
