Rant: my mother in law asked why my sandwich bread has a weird dent in the top and now I can't stop staring at it
She pointed at the loaf on my counter on Sunday and asked if my oven was level, and I brushed it off, but then I checked and the back left corner is about a quarter inch low. Now I'm wondering if that's been flattening my crown for the 2 years I've had this oven, or if it's just how my pan heats. Anyone else deal with a lop sided loaf and figure out what actually caused it?
