Just realized my new spice rack is the worst thing I've ever bought for my kitchen
I tried to be smart and organized all my baking flours in this cute, clear rack. Big mistake. The whole thing tipped over when I grabbed the rye flour, and now I have a snowstorm of five different flours mixed together on my floor. So much for my 'organized baker' era.

Was this your plan for all-purpose floor flour?

What a nightmare! Spilling all those flours must be really frustrating after trying to get organized. I've had similar kitchen messes happen right when I thought I had everything under control. Mixing flours might not be perfect, but maybe you can use the blend for simple recipes like muffins or cookies. You could try sifting it to save what you can, or just embrace the accident as a chance to get creative. Fingers crossed you can clean up fast and get back to baking!

Five flours mixed means you can't use any of them right for specific recipes now.

Actually, mixing flours can open up new options instead of limiting them. Lots of baked goods like pancakes or quick breads are flexible and turn out fine. It's not ruined, it's just a new general-purpose blend now.
