Pro tip: I baked hockey pucks for 6 months before my oven thermometer finally tipped me off
My cookies kept coming out flat and burnt on the bottom and I blamed my recipe 14 times before I hung a $7 oven thermometer on the rack and saw my oven runs 45 degrees hot, so has anyone else found out their oven was lying to them the whole time?
