Just realized my walk-ins dropped 40% after I moved the waiting bench away from the door
Swapped my layout 3 weeks ago at my shop in Reno, moved the bench behind the second chair, and my walk-in count crashed from about 15 a day to 9. Turns out dudes were peeking in, seeing someone sitting there, and figuring the wait was long. Any of you play with where you put your seating to push traffic up?
