My barber of 6 months pointed out I have been parting my own hair badly for 12 years
I got a haircut last Tuesday at a place on 5th and Main, and the guy asked me who taught me to part my hair. I told him nobody, I just kinda do it in the mirror every morning. He turned my chair around and showed me the left side of my head in the hand mirror, where a whole patch of hair was flat and bent from years of pushing it the same dumb way. He said, "You are fighting your own cowlick, man. Just flip it." I tried it for one week and my head already looks less like a helmet. So now I am wondering what other basic stuff I have been doing badly for a decade without a single person mentioning it. What random person pointed out your longest running goof?
