Just hit 50 rail spikes forged in one session and my arms are still mad about it
I've been at this for about 3 years now and usually cap out around 30 before my shoulder starts yelling. Last Saturday I pushed through and did 52 spikes from scrap I pulled out of a lot near Harrisburg. The rhythm of it just clicked and I barely stopped between heats. Has anyone else found a weird number like that where your body just suddenly lets you go further?

Hard disagree here @skyler_adams. Pain is pain, and we have enough of that in life without signing up for more at the gym. All those sore muscles just make it harder to get through the day, and for what? A little temporary burn that fades in a few hours. I would rather find a workout that feels good the whole time instead of one where I'm limping to the bathroom the next morning.
