Skeptical about insert organizers until my 4th game night
I spent $28 on a wooden organizer for my Everdell box last month, figured it was a waste since I already had baggies. After we reset that game in under five minutes instead of the usual fifteen, I started timing every setup and teardown that night. Anyone else find that organizers only pay off for games you actually table often, or am I just lazy about sorting?

That five minute reset is the exact reason I finally caved on one for my Terraforming Mars box. The game has like eight different piles of tokens and cubes, and we used to spend more time digging through baggies than actually playing the first round. Got one of those plastic trays with the removable cups and it changed everything. Now the trick is I only put the stuff out that we actually need for the early game, keep the rest locked in the tray, and hand the whole thing to whoever's turn it is to pass around. The organizer only really shines when you play the same heavy game a bunch of times in a row, otherwise it's just a fancy box that takes up shelf space. I've got a buddy who bought one for every game he owns and he admits half of them were a waste.
