Remember reading how some cultures treat tools almost like family? Like they have a spirit you're supposed to respect. Makes you think.

I mean, it feels like people just see stuff as generic objects now, not tools with a real job. Idk, I see it all the time, like someone using your good kitchen knife to pry something open. It shows they don't get the care or purpose behind things. Maybe it's just me but it drives me nuts.
