My greenhouse hit 104 degrees on a Tuesday, lost every seedling in tray 3

I stepped out at noon to check on my tomatoes and the thermometer near the roof was reading 104. The vent fan had tripped a breaker sometime overnight, so the whole east side cooked for hours. Tray 3 had 24 pepper starts that I'd babied for 6 weeks, all wilted flat by the time I noticed. I rigged a backup fan with a window unit and a timer the next morning, but it cost me a full season of carolina reapers. Anyone else had a sensor or breaker fail at the worst possible moment?

Tray 3 sounds like it went from "babied for 6 weeks" to "abandoned in a sauna" real quick. I had a thermostat stick once and woke up to my whole greenhouse smelling like a salad bar left in a car. The backup fan rig is a classic move, but mine only lasted three days before the timer itself gave up. At this point I just assume every piece of equipment is plotting against me.
