PSA: my neighbor in Keene told me my wood stove pipe was a fire waiting to happen
I was so proud of my setup until she pointed out the pipe was only 14 inches from the wall, and code where I am wants 18. I moved it that weekend and paid $40 for a proper heat shield at the hardware store in town. How close is everyone else running their pipe, and did you go by the book or just wing it like I did?
