Switched from a digital planner to a paper bujo and my to-do list finally stopped growing
I started journaling digitally in 2022 and by last month my weekly list had 84 open items. I moved everything to a cheap dotted notebook from Walmart three weeks ago and only 6 tasks carried over. The digital one let me add stuff all day, but the paper one makes me see how much I'm lying to myself about what I'll actually do. Anyone else notice the notebook makes you honest because you can't just drag a task to next week?
