Nearly tossed a $200 crate of dog brushes and shampoo, glad the swap table changed my mind
I run a grooming shop and for 3 years I turned my nose up at the free swap table at the park on Vine St, figured it was all junk. Then last Saturday I cleared out my supply closet and dropped off a crate of brushes and half used shampoo bottles I couldn't sell anyway, and within 20 minutes a woman who rescues senior dogs grabbed the lot. She showed me photos of 4 dogs she's fostering and said the brushes would save her $60 she didn't have. Now I'm wondering what else I've been hoarding that someone nearby actually needs, so what's the weirdest thing you've successfully given away on here?
