Can we talk about clamping cauls? I wasted two years fighting bowed panels without them
Spent 2 years gluing up tabletops and blaming my pipe clamps for the bow, then a guy at the lumber yard in Tulsa showed me his stack of curved maple cauls and it clicked. Now I use 6 of them on every glue up and my panels come out flat off the clamps. What do you all use for cauls, straight or curved?
