That one tap on a 3-story walkup in Cleveland ate 3 hours of my Tuesday

Turned out the drop was fine the whole time and a squirrel had chewed the line right behind the siding, so I stood there guessing with my meter for way too long before I finally saw it, has anyone else had a critter job that made them feel dumb for a whole afternoon?
