Rewatching old Nickelodeon commercials from 1994, I found a Toys R Us ad that mentioned a $19.99 price tag I swear was $29.99 back then

Is my memory just bad or did prices on those holiday toy ads get edited in reruns, anyone else notice this with other cable ads from that era and which side do you believe?
