Why does nobody warn you that one missing transcript stalls a whole job offer
I used to think you could just send in whatever paperwork and the hiring manager would sort it out, but that changed after I spent 11 days chasing a single transcript from my old community college in Mesa. The portal said it was sent, the recruiter said it never came, and it took two phone calls and a $12 fax fee to get a sealed copy mailed out. Turns out the school only sends paper copies on Tuesdays, which nobody bothered to mention. Has anyone else gotten stuck waiting on a school to send records, and is there a faster way than just calling every morning?
