That loan officer at Navy Federal told me to wait 6 months before refi
I was sitting in the branch on Main Street in Norfolk last Tuesday talking to a loan officer about pulling cash out on my townhouse. She flat out said my rate was too close to current market and I'd be eating closing costs with no real benefit. Has anyone else gotten advice from a lender that actually saved them money instead of pushing the deal through?
