Why is nobody talking about pulling cash out at 7.25% to kill the 22% card debt first
I was juggling $31k across four cards and my lender kept pushing me to use the cash out for a kitchen reno instead of debt. I ignored that and cleared the plastic in one shot, which dropped my monthly outflow by $780 even with the higher mortgage. Anyone else get talked out of the boring move by their loan officer?
