Serious question, my rice turned into paste at a potluck in Fresno and I need a fix
I dumped in the water without measuring at my cousin's place in Fresno and got a sticky blob no one touched, so I started rinsing the rice 3 times and using the knuckle trick for water level. Is rinsing really the fix, or am I just covering for bad ratios?
