Put a $12 magnetic tray under my parts washer lid, found 3 sockets I lost in 2022
Kept dropping small hardware into the sludge every time I cleaned a carb. Grabbed a cheap magnetic tray from Harbor Freight and stuck it right under the lid opening. Two weeks later I pulled out a 10mm, a 7/16, and a socket I forgot I owned. Now every bolt that comes off a project goes straight on the tray before it hits the floor. Anyone else rig up something dumb like this that actually worked?
