Should our block's tool library require a deposit or just a sign-out sheet?
Hearing the guy at the hardware store on Maple say "we stopped lending because half the stuff never came back" got me thinking about our little shed of shared drills and ladders. Do we take a $20 deposit per tool or trust folks with a clipboard, and has anyone run one of these without it turning into a fight?
