A client's laptop died mid backup at the shop last Tuesday and I only had one copy of her thesis
She was standing right there at the counter in Mesa when the drive clicked and the screen went black, and my clone job from an hour earlier had silently failed. Now I image to two drives before wiping anything, no matter how loud the customer is breathing down my neck, what is your guys rule for that first copy?
