Sat in a client's lobby in Denver for 2 hours because I forgot one password
I drove out to a dental office in Denver last Tuesday to set up 6 new workstations, and the whole job stalled because the office manager who had the admin login was at a funeral. I ended up calling her cell twice, and she walked me through a password over the phone that I had written down wrong in my notes. How do you all handle access when your main contact is out and nobody else on site knows anything?
