Sold a couch, buyer chose the wrong room

Listed a recliner in Portland for $80. Guy texts, says he'll take it, shows up with a pickup truck but no straps. He tried to fit the thing in his back seat first, gave up, then asked if I'd deliver it for free. Said no, so he tied it down with a bungee cord and a shoelace. Made it two blocks before it bounced off and landed in a neighbor's yard. Has anyone else had a buyer who just refuses to plan ahead?
