My old IT guy at a place in Dayton told me to stop reusing my dog's name as a password base, and I finally listened
He said he cracked 9 of my accounts in under a minute just by guessing variations on it. Switched to a password manager with random strings about 6 months ago and haven't looked back, anyone else get humbled like that?

How did he figure out the variations so fast, was he just trying stuff like Rex123 or Rex2024?
