Warning: paid $89 for a "premium" password manager and got locked out of my own vault for 6 days
Their support kept asking me to verify my identity with info I had already given them, and by the time they fixed it I had missed a client deadline and lost the $400 gig, so has anyone here switched to a free option like Bitwarden or KeePass and actually felt safe doing it?
