Dropped $70 on a titanium pen and it fell apart in 3 weeks

I grabbed one of those titanium bolt action pens for $70 back in March because everyone on here kept saying they last forever. The bolt mechanism started sticking after two weeks and the tip won't stay tight no matter how much I fiddle with it, so now it just sits in my drawer while my $8 plastic one keeps working. Anyone got a sub $30 pen that actually holds up to daily pocket abuse, or am I just too rough on my stuff?
