Guy at a truck stop in Amarillo said carrying a pen is pointless, and I still think about it
I was refilling my coffee at a Flying J off I-40 in Amarillo about 2 months ago and a guy nodded at my pocket and said a phone can do everything a pen can. I carry a simple $3 gel pen clipped to my shirt and I use it maybe 4 times a day for writing down loads and seal numbers. I tried the notes app thing for a week and it was slower and one time the screen froze in the rain. Am I wrong here or does anyone else still get more use out of a cheap pen than their phone?
