Can we talk about the Westfield in Wheaton, MD? Two anchor stores, two choices, and I picked the wrong one
When Sears and JCPenney both went dark there in 2019, I bet on Sears getting a redevelopment deal first, but JCPenney's spot got leased to a gym while Sears is still just a fenced-off pit. Anyone else have a dead mall where one anchor got saved and the other rotted for 4+ years?
