My tablet stylus lag bug took 4 hours to figure out

Spent a whole evening thinking my Wacom was dying, turns out the driver auto-updated and reset my pressure curve to defaults. Recalibrating took 10 minutes once I checked the settings panel. Anyone else have a random setting reset kill their whole workflow?
