Found out my phone tracks my screen time in ways I never noticed

Turns out the average person unlocks their phone 96 times a day according to a study I found last night, so I set a goal of 50 and hit 47 today, has anyone else tried a number like that and actually stuck with it?

Wait, isn't that study about "touches" not "unlocks"? I remember reading that the 96 number covers every tap and swipe, not just unlocking the screen. Still, hitting 47 is solid progress, keep at it.
