Found a $12 solution for my wobbly desk after 3 failed attempts

My corner desk always had this annoying shake whenever I typed hard. Tried cutting cardboard shims and even stacking felt pads under one leg, nothing held. Then I grabbed some door shims from the hardware store and tapped them under the frame until it felt solid, cost me like $12 for a pack of 10. Anyone else ever get a desk level using something that was never meant for furniture?

A piece of folded paper under the short leg usually does the job for me, but sure, spending $12 on door shims is definitely the premium route.
