Swapped my $20 work lamp for a 4 foot LED strip and my monitor glare disappeared overnight
I had that cheap gooseneck lamp throwing a shadow across my keyboard for 2 years and one strip light from Amazon at $18 completely changed how I see my whole setup, anyone else finally ditch a desk light for something mounted underneath?

Heard blue light from strips can cause eye strain, so I kept mine dimmed low.
