That $40 clamp from Harbor Freight bent on day one, nearly crushed my monitor
Last week I was mounting a new 27 inch screen with a cheap C-clamp arm and the whole bracket twisted sideways around 5pm, the glass just missed my keyboard. Has anyone else had luck reinforcing those cast clamps with a steel plate, or are they all junk no matter the brand?
