I finally stopped chasing phantom door leveling issues on a 6-stop in Austin

Turned out the hall door rollers were just gummed up with 15 years of grease and dust, not a bent rail like I assumed. Anyone else skip the simple clean first and waste half a day before checking the obvious?

You been hearing that grinding noise too? Those old Otis cars just keep eating 36B boards. Had the same problem in a building I service. Check the door lock contacts, they get corroded and short out the board. That's what was killing mine.
