I just read a study from the University of Miami that found over 60% of people are using the wrong SPF amount, and it made me rethink my whole consultation script.
Found it in a dermatology journal and now I quiz every new client on their application habits before we even talk about products.

Oh wow, that's so real. I read something similar about how most people only use like a quarter of the sunscreen they actually need for full coverage. It said you need a full shot glass amount for your whole body, which seems like a lot. I definitely wasn't using that much before.

Right? @miajenkins, that reminds me of the time I saw a guy at the beach using spray sunscreen like it was bug spray, just a quick mist and done.

Yeah I'm guilty of that too. I'll do a quick spray and call it good, but then I end up with weird tan lines and a burn. My wife makes me use the lotion kind now, says you can actually see where you put it.
