My new 6mm blow hose decided to become a fountain during a crucial puff
It happened yesterday while I was working on a pumpkin paperweight, and I got a face full of water. Anyone know a good trick for a super-secure hose clamp that won't slip?

Double up on the clamps, it's the only way to be sure. Put a second one right next to the first and crank them both down tight. That should lock it down for good.

Honestly read that doubling clamps can actually cause uneven pressure.

Lock it down for good" is a bold promise. I tried that exact move last year on a table leg. Ended up with a weird twist and a clamp-shaped dent in the wood. My projects have a permanent list now, like a ship that's seen things. Guess my sure thing is just making new problems.
