That street lamp flicker everyone calls a glitch? It's just faulty wiring.
People in my area swear the lamp post on Elm Street is a matrix glitch because it flickers at midnight. I think they're wrong. The issue was it only happened when the temperature dropped. I got a ladder and checked the wires myself. There was a worn out spot in the insulation. I replaced that section and now it works fine. It's not a glitch, just old infrastructure.

Yeah checking the wires is always the move. I had a flickering porch light that drove me nuts, turned out it was just a loose connection in the fixture (super easy fix once I found it).

Drove me nuts too, @umaw69. My whole house flickers if I walk too heavy.
